KTNest LMS Refund Policy

At KTNest LMS, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need a refund for the courses or content you purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds for KTNest LMS content may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for KTNest LMS content are subject to the following conditions:
Course Enrollment Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a course or content offering, you may request a refund within a specified period after purchase or enrollment. The refund eligibility period is typically 7 days from the date of purchase or course enrollment.
Unopened Content: If the content is a one-time purchase (such as an eBook or video), and you have not accessed or downloaded any part of the content, you may be eligible for a full refund within the refund window.
Course Completion: Refunds will not be provided if the course has been more than 50% completed, or if you have already downloaded or accessed the majority of the content (depending on the course's terms).

4. Processing Refunds
